GPRS is a packet oriented mobile data service on the 2G and 3G cellular communication systems part of the Global Systems For Mobile Communications (GSM) GPRS is A 'Best-Effort' system meaning users arent specified with a certain level of quality the service does its best effort to provide top quailty service to the user depening on how busy the system is.
GPRS extends the services that GSM provided and improved existing ones, suchas internet accesss and instant messaging via the internet.
Good but I do find Times New Roman difficult to read, as well as red font - I think other people will find this difficult too.
